Who are the people behind bonprix?

Some 2900 employees across the globe all work as part of one big team.

Our most important success factor is our workforce. Their ideas, their expertise and their creative contributions are what make us the organisation we are today. We believe in flat hierarchies, short communication paths and we encourage independence and initiative. Teamwork is at the core of everything we do, even if our teams are sometimes located on different continents. We all work towards a common goal to provide our customers with the latest bonprix looks, wherever they are in the world. We learn collectively from experience and celebrate our successes together. What does the Executive Board say about working at bonprix?

Four Managing Directors lead the company bonprix. The members of the Management are Carolin Klar, Dr. Kai Heck, Markus Fuchshofen and Dr. Richard Gottwald.

Since 1st of January Richard Gottwald is the Chairman of the Executive Board.
