Responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI)

Office situation with two staff members at one computer screen

At bonprix, we use artificial intelligence where it creates real added value – for our customers, for more efficient workflows and for the further development of our internal processes.

Our aim is not to roll out every new technology as quickly as possible. What matters most to us is how we can use AI to improve the shopping experience, support our teams and achieve better results – always with our customers in mind.

For example, AI helps us to present products more vividly. It enables us to show selected items on models of different sizes, thereby making the purchasing decision easier.

People make the decisions

Even though AI supports us with individual steps in the workflow, the responsibility always remains with us. All content is carefully checked and approved.

Our commitment remains unchanged: everything we publish must be in keeping with our brand, be authentic and meet our high quality standards.

Open and transparent

Transparency builds trust. That is why we openly state that some content on our channels – such as this website, our online shop or social media – is created partly or entirely by artificial intelligence.

“For us, AI is not an aim in itself, but a tool. It is not the technology itself that matters, but the added value it creates for our customers.”
