The dual degree programme offered by Hamburg’s renowned graduate school “Nordakademie” combines theory and real life, meaning you can put what you’ve learned straight into practice in one of Europe’s leading e-commerce businesses. Our degree courses begin on 1st October and take 3 ½ years to complete. The final result is a Bachelor of Science (BSc). To be accepted you will need good or excellent results in your Abitur, Matura, International Baccalaureate, “A-levels or similar. Ideally, you will have already worked part-time or completed work experience in a similar environment. Which subjects can I major in?

You can choose from three different majors, depending on your own interests.

If you want to focus on computer sciences and business administration, a Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics is just the job. You’ll spend time in a number of different departments, including IT, E-Commerce, Marketing, Sales and Controlling. As part of the daily business and during various projects, you’ll learn the basics of computer science, business administration and software development. You’ll also gain a unique insight into how a leading global fashion and e-commerce company operates.

More of a fan of software and programming? A Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Sciences covers the methodology and different processes behind computer sciences. During your time in our IT department, you’ll learn how to plan, pilot and control software projects. You’ll also spend time in other areas such as E-Commerce, and will soon become a true programming crack with a 360° perspective.

If it’s business relations you’re interested in, then a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is for you. Spending time in Product Management, Controlling, Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing and Accounting will provide you with a solid base from which to launch your career when you’ve completed your degree.
