Target rate according to FüPoG II
In our company, we are working together to promote and understand diversity as both an integral part of our culture and a success factor for our company. And even though we are aware that we have not yet achieved all of our goals, we are certain that our future lies in the power of diversity.
In August 2021, the Second Leadership Positions Act, abbreviated as FüPoG II, came into force. This is a new version of the law ‘for the equal participation of women and men in management positions in the private and public sectors’.
Information on FüPoG as at 31.12.2021:
The target figure of 25% was defined at management level. This means that one of the four positions will be held by a woman in 2025. As at 31 December 2021, our four-member Management Board was made up entirely of men, with 0% women. There is therefore a gap of 25 percentage points.
The target figure of 35% was defined at the 1st reporting level below the Management Board. As at 31 December 2021, we were at 30%, so the aim is to increase the proportion of women at this level by +5 percentage points.
At the 2nd reporting level below the Management Board, the target figure of 45% was defined. This means that there is a gap of 6% points compared to the reference year 2021 with a figure of 39%.
The targets mentioned here were approved in this form in March 2022.
