Target rate according to FüPoG II

At bonprix, we are passionate about diversity! For us, it is not only a key part of our corporate culture, but also a real driving force behind our success. We firmly believe that our future lies in the rich diversity of our talent, which is a tremendous source of strength that inspires us anew every day.

The Second Leadership Positions Act (Führungspositionen-Gesetz II / short: FüPoG II), which came into force in August 2021, provides us with a clear framework for this. It strengthens the equal participation of women and men in leadership roles in the private sector and the civil service – and we are delighted to be part of this movement and to play an active role in shaping it.

We look back with pride on our progress and the defined targets for 31 December 2025, which motivate us to continue steadfastly on our path until the end of February 2030:

  • At executive board level: We had set ourselves the target of reaching 25% by 2030 – meaning that one of the four positions would be held by a woman. And we are absolutely delighted that we have not only achieved this target since June 2023, but have firmly established it!

  • At the first reporting level below the executive board: Here, we have set ourselves an ambitious target of 40% (previously 35%). By 31 December 2025, we had already exceeded our new target with a strong 43.8%!

  • At the second reporting level below the executive board: Here too, we are sending a clear signal and have raised our target from 45% to 50%. And best of all: as early as 31 December 2025, we recorded an impressive 58.3% representation of women here!

These ambitious targets were confirmed in January 2026. They reflect how seriously we take not only advocating for diversity, but actively living and promoting it – including at our management levels. For a bonprix that is diverse, strong and successful through and through.
